Hello and welcome.
My name is Nick and I’d like to share my story with you. I travel the country sharing my story in hopes of inspiring and motivating others through my experience in a refinery explosion. I sustained severe injuries to my hands, knees, face, and head all ranging from 2nd to 3rd degree burns. My airway, including my vocal chords, was damaged as well. I have had several operations so that I can have better use of my hands and remaining digits. I am proud to say that with God, my family, and my friends I have learned to take what was a life changing, traumatic event to teach others of the importance of safety in the workplace at all times and the proper use of their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
I am available to speak to any size group whether it is for a safety meeting or a turnaround and outage. I would also be available to answer any questions following my presentation. Let me share with you how God has given me the opportunity to change lives and change attitudes on a personal or professional level.
I am also glad to be of service for church events to give testimony
of how God has used my experience to help others.
